WOS Manager Tabbed Pages
  • Order Edit Page is now a Tabbed page that includes
    • Order Lines
    • Edit Order Info
    • Order Shipping Info
    • Shipping Boxes (includes new fields for Box Number, Device, User, Length, Width, Height, and removes Carrier Service and Ship Date fields)
    • Order History
    • Related Documents
  • Cells and Cell Groups combined into Cells page
  • Pick Record Display Colors and the Custom Field Labels pages now are Tabs in the Settings page
  • Host Triggers and Host Messages pages are now Tabs in the Integrations page
  • Users page now features Tabs for WOS Fulfillment User Groups and WMS Fusion Groups
Carts
  • Carts updated with new Tabbed approach
    • Default tab shows the list of Carts
    • Another tab shows the Cart Types
  • New "Purpose" field can be set to Pick or Receiving
  • A Cart can only have one Cart Type with the purpose “Receiving”
Receiving and Putaway
  • User Groups for the new WOS Fulfillment app includes a Receiving section
  • Updates to Purchase Orders Page

    • Corrected filters
    • Merge POs works against all POs, not just Blind POs
    • New "Set BOL Number" action can be bulk applied to all selected POs

  • When a PO is created, whether through API calls, CSV, or manually, a History Log record is created
Other Updates
  • Corrected an issue where Partial Picks weren't being recorded in the History Log (released with hot fix earlier)
  • Corrected an issue on the Batch Build page when filtering for Bundle Numbers
  • The Batch Build page will not include any Cart Types with the Purpose of "Receiving" 
  • Added Preferred Location field to Item Edit Page
  • Corrected the redirect to go back to the Locations page after Zone and Area creation and deletion
  • Backstock, return, special and putaway types now display in the Zone drop-down field in User Create and User Edit
  • When an Order is Completed on WOS Manager, the logged in User will be recorded in the History Log
  • Updated the Order API to include the ability to Remove an Order from a Batch 
  • The Pre-Filter on the Item History grid only shows the last 24 hours. If the User wants to look further, they can update the Record Date filter
  • Unassigned and Assigned grids on the Batch Build page now use the same logic when creating a Batch
  • Corrected an error where passwords were not saving after reset

Release Details WOS Fulfillment (New iOS App) Receiving and Blind Receiving

NEW apps made available in WOS Fulfillment;

  • Initial Open displays all open POs
  • Scanning BOL Number will start receipt of all related POs simultaneously
  • When Receiving a Blind PO, a PO number must be entered before any Receiving can occur
    • If using the Client Module, a client must be assigned during PO Creation
  • Carts must be used in receiving instead of being able to receive to a Location
    • Exception is that Receive To Storage must use a Location so that inventory can be created
  • Can Receive to Cart Compartments by setting up Cart Types for receiving
  • Cart (or Location when using Receive To Storage) can be set at the beginning of the session or line-by-line
  • Group Setting blocks over-receipts
  • Option to Receive All in single step
  • Allow Multi-lot receipts, including applying an Expiration Date to new Lots
Putaway

NEW app made available in WOS Fulfillment;

  • Putaway multiple receipts at once (instead of 1 putaway per receipt like the WMS Fusion app)
  • Scan Each option when performing Putaway
  • Sort Putaways by Preferred Location instead of Home Location
  • Show the Cart Compartment to more easily find the item on the cart
Packing
  • New popup to prevent leaving boxes unclose and completed orders open: “Boxes on this order are not yet closed.  Would you like to close the boxes and Pack this order?"
  • Closing the last box will automatically go back to the list of orders
  • Submitting a new weight will close the weight popup
  • When multiple lines share the same scanned alias, a popup will allow the specific item to be selected
  • Resolved an issue where the Report Issue Notes field was unable to be populated
  • List of orders on the cart will show orders until the entire order is marked as Packed (instead of hiding it when all lines are packed into a box)
Cycle Count
  • Corrected an issue where the aggregate count was only adding 1 qty on additional scans, regardless of qty entered.  
  • Show Recount Checkmark after tasks are selected
Other Updates
  • The General Lookup now includes Lot information when doing a search 
  • Correction to Replenishment Put to populate Need Qty and Open Order Qty fields.
  • WOS Fulfillment allows for temporary device registration for better access for WOS Support
