Mapped Fields

  • Ship Method is the value coming from Shopify or Zoey.  Here you’ll see things like Standard Shipping, Free Shipping, etc.
  • Shipping Carrier is coming from Shiphawk after we push the orders over.  This is a combination of the carrier and service that they have selected to ship the order.  You’ll see USPS Priority mail, UPS UPS Ground, etc.
  • Source shows whether the order came from Shopify, Zoey, or the FTP files.  You already know this by the order number, but this will let you filter by them if needed.  (This is the order header’s CustomField1 field)
  • Integration Status is how we track progress between WOS, Shiphawk, and the Ecomm site.  You will see some of the following values:
    • Shiphawk Created – We pushed the order to Shiphawk but haven’t gotten the response back with the proposed shipment details  If it lingers here, we might have a problem with the order that should be corrected in Shiphawk.  (But it might also just be an integration error.)
    • Label Ready – Shiphawk determined this is a single-box order.  We can print a single label and not need multi-box packing
    • Multi-Box – Shiphawk determined this should ship in multiple boxes
    • EDI – This order came from the FTP files and is not currently being pushed to Shiphawk.  We can change this approach by how we populate this field on order import
    • Shipping Error – (Or some form of Error), there was an error generating a proposed shipment, bad address or something like that, which needs to be resolved in Shiphawk.
    • Shipped – We’ve been able to identify and apply tracking to the order.  This is ready to push fulfillments back to Shopify and Zoey
    • Fulfillment Created – We’ve pushed the tracking back to Shopify or Zoey and the order is closed.
    • Others as needed – If we need to identify errors or other notifications, we can add other values here.
  • eCommerceShop – We are simply using this field to store an ID from Shiphawk so we know how to communicate with them about this order
  • Notes
    • Internal notes from Zoey will go here
    • I’ll be moving the Gift notes from Shopify to another place
    • If Shiphawk determined that this is a single box shipment, the box size they calculated will be placed here.  I can show you my thoughts with this and you can decide to use it or not.  I need to investigate the ones that say “Label Ready” and have a blank Notes field.
